Most of us initially think yoga is about touching our toes - or that yoga something people do to calm down and de-stress. Of course we’re correct in both those cases, but yoga is also so much more than that.
My passion for facilitating diverse yoga workshops and courses is sparked by the way the practice influences how we conduct ourselves off the yoga mat, as well as on it. I believe the principles and practices of yoga can teach us how to live a more ethical, courageous, empowered life that gives back in intelligent ways to ourselves, our community and our planet.
