Hi Friend,

You might notice my bookings page has less opportunities for practice/training with me than usual.

I'm presently teaching my 50-hour Yoga for Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Body Image training ONLINE (The March and October 2021 trainings booked out. If you're a yoga teacher or mental health professional with a keen yoga practice, you can learn more about the March 2022 training here)...

Meanwhile, I'm presently filming and developing my yoga courses Yoga for Anxiety and Depression 8-week course and 4-week Trauma Sensitive Yoga courses as online offerings. These courses are open to everyone and require no yoga experience. They will be available online late 2021/early 2022.

You'll be able to find me offering in-person courses in the Illawarra, NSW as well in-person trainings in various locations in Australia from early 2022.

In the meantime, I'd LOVE to connect with you online, so if you'd like to

  • Be the first to be notified when bookings open for online or in-person yoga courses

  • Ask me a question about anything else....

Please contact me

Otherwise, you might like to join my mailing list on this page, or follow me on social media to find out when new offerings open and learn more about what I'm up to in the world....

I'm so looking forward to practicing yoga with you soon!

With love,
